I absolutely love my apartment anytime there was a maintenance request submitted it was always handled right away by professionals that always go above and beyond.

AM Realty is great on getting maintenance orders placed quickly, however the vendors that are being used are not always professional. The last vendor was scheduled to come out at a specific time and date and never showed up or called. After AM Realty reached back out, he finally called and admitted that he had to pick up his child and that his job doesn’t pay him enough and his family comes first. It was completely understandable but I felt it was unprofessional to vent that to the customer.

The entire team communicates well and has been on top of things since day 1. Highly recommend!

Like the dashboard which quickly lets me see inflows vs. outflows. Appreciate being immediately notified if there is an issue with stove, A/C, etc.
