I love living at 1727 Inspired Way. I wish I could get some projects done because I have lived here going on 15yrs now. The area is good for me because my Church is near.

Please let new tenants know how the mailboxes work and also send a schedule out about trash pickup days. Other than that I have enjoyed my experience.

In terms of need for repair the management set schedules which is good to reach them online. There was issue of break in so we needed to change the door knob after reporting to the management. The other thing was the first time customer service offered another internet provider besides they knew the only listed which is Spectrum, that is included already in the monthly package payment. As foreigner in this country, I never heard of or thought of brands internet service they have already but just say yes to the package offered. I ended up paying two internet service providers and that I had canceled the other one. However I already paid 3 months with the other unlisted internet provider. The worst is that my room mate didn't also want to take responsibility in extra payment because I was the one who talked to that customer service. That's one frustrating experience. But generally, the place is nice however, some people upstairs were at times inconsiderate of noises banging to the down room below where we live.
