I love this neighborhood. It’s very peaceful by the water.

I love my townhome at Cedar Hight Townhomes. Always have great maintenance reaction time and do well with accommodations. Great spot to live

Maintenance is most of the time prompt. We had problems but they were fixed and that is important.

The team is great best decision I ever made letting them handle my properties.

There are some nice people in the office and nice to talk too when you have a problem or an issue.

Consistent and excellent service!

The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet. The "homeless" community at the beginning of the property would probably had changed my mind had I known beforehand. A eyesore. Constant vagrants passing through property. There should be a "No Trespassing" sign posted and a gate or something in place preventing them from passing through the back end of the lot that leads to main road.. Also the mailboxes are outdated and I feel a way that the community of homeless ppl have "easy" access to our mail at any time.4 Not comfortable here as I once thought with this activity.
