My only issues were in regards to trying to find out my mailbox number and if water was included in my payment or if I needed to try and set something up on my own after the city told me I couldn’t for this location.

If you want period grace and personality this is so much your place! If you want cookie cutter or everything the same, possibly not. Last one of its kind in downtown. Beautiful Art Deco building. Fantastic view of the city.

It would be five stars but I'm still waiting to have my bathroom fixed. I understand you only do that when I leave. I would like to sign another lease but at the same rate. Is that possible?
