It would be five stars but I'm still waiting to have my bathroom fixed. I understand you only do that when I leave. I would like to sign another lease but at the same rate. Is that possible?

I’m extremely happy with AM reality however, the only issue that I would have is the last of assigned parking. Some neighbors aren’t considerate to others normal parking spaces when they have visitors.

Make sure dogs don't use the bathroom on sidewalks ,i have seen it happen once or twice

Troy and company did a great job, considering I called on a Friday and was responded to the same day with the replacement of the entire water heater. Just a completely excellent job all the way round.
