So much to like about this place. Nice neighborhood, reasonable rent, friendly neighbors, secure location (single entrance to lot), clean well-maintained apartments, and quick turnaround on repair situations -- most recently, a wasp's nest outside the door!

Not repairing windows for the current tenants is unacceptable in my opinion. We would like the upgrades as well. Very possible even with us staying here.

The man who repaired my toilet was really Polite and considerate; as was the man who fixed my stove. They were very professional and a credit to your company. The people who brought the refrigerator And the stove were equally as polite, courteous and professional.
