Am Realty is a good rental agency, there is one thing that I don't like about them....The paying your rent online is great, I just don't feel you should have to pay an extra $10 to make your rent payment...If you are paying your rent to them, I feel it should be free through their website....

We moved and we are good. We appreciate the fast action. One problem is that we have some repairs to be fixed earlier before we moved in the house such as tight door (hard to open), some pests/cocroach, old toilet flasher needs to be fixed, very dim light, water heater takes time to heat in the bathroom, the kitchen sink faucet needs to be fixed. Thank you.

Allison and her entire team are simply fantastic. Very professional and always courteous. I have worked with them for over 15 years and I have never had any issue. They are always on top of things. I recommend them to everyone.

My hubby and I love Ms. Regets. She is a hardworker, organized and works towards success with each rental. She has a good staff of employees just like her. I hope to get another property through her. The software needs some minor updates and i am sure Ms. Regets is working with them on this.
