I love the quietness. Nobody bother you. The last thing you want after a long day of work is to come home to noise and music, noise from neighbors. I truly love it here, very reserved and peaceful.

Gets a little loud at night and early in the morning, especially on the weekends but the leasing office ladies are nice and maintenance never delays repairs. Clean exterior, but laundry room could use some extermination.
