The whole team is great.

The service provided by AM Realty has improved over the last couple of years. Response to maintenance requests is much better and some of the maintenance programs such as HVAC inspections are good to have. The annual lease renewal process has always been quick and easy. My only complaint at this time is the fee being charged for electronic rent payments from a bank account.

The staff is really nice and get things done! They made the application and move in process very easy!!! I definitely recommend AM Realty to everyone!!

Everything has been great. We haven’t had to ask for much in the way of maintenance but when we have they were so quick to respond. Just renewed our lease. No complaints!
