I started paying $650.00 when I moved to the apartment Now it's $875.00 I understand this increase, the only thing is; this time the increase after renewing the contract instead of $25.00 the increase is $50.00 in addition to that they are charging for e-payment which it was not like that before.. it is getting worse instead of giving break to old tenants.....Not nice

Great communication from the team in most instances and very attentive to issues since moving in. The townhome was supposed to be professionally cleaned prior to move-in but it did not look like that had happened. Floors were very dusty and areas along kitchen and bathroom did not look like they had “professional” cleaning. No instructions regarding mailbox # or other little details of this nature but overall easy to navigate these issues or expedient communication achieved with the office. Johanna is super helpful!
