I have used their management service for several years. I am very impressed with how the business is organized and how the staff is top-notch and deals with management issues in a professional and timely manner. I also like the fee structure, which does not charge fees for a new tenant, removing the advantage/disadvantage of seeking new tenants. The repairmen used by the company are very competitively priced, and do excellent work--this removes a major burden to the owner. In sum, it would be hard to find a better management company for rentals.

Allison has an excellent eye for design. From countertops and hardware, paint and carpet, to new lighting and hardwood floors. She and her team did it all. And when I say "they did it all", I mean it! I live in another state.
