after some time here, as I talk to neighbors around me, I see this is a nice place to live but on the other hand, the little things are commented on that are known to be as to the maintenance of the units, the flooding in the back of my unit when heavy rain, please clean out the drain that here into the woods and clean the parking lots of leaves debris, prune the lower branches of the trees and just do a better job, not much but have a landscaping crew one a month clean it up would be a boost for all tenants which I spoke, little things make the difference, but for my self, the home is good I need the door sealants put in to gap the opening for cold and like bugs do come into the home, a new cfgi outlet in the kitchen which is improperly installed new and the last item would be a water line to the refrigerator this unit a new one need line for ice cube maker to work properly thank u so much. we all need screen door flies and another insect to fly in all the time into the units, not good a happy place a small improvements go a long way.
