AM has been very supportive from the beginning of leasing until now. A minor concern has been creating the past two service request and not having anyone respond to address the concerns. We do not want be charged for any items that have been left unattended.

I was very happy with the ease and speed of the application and move in process. The staff was professional, friendly and responsive. All the information sent to me was clear and the instructions for each step were easy to follow. Paying everything online is convenient too. The building is well maintained and I think I will enjoy living here with all of uptown at my doorstep!

I think better communication is needed when determining rental price before advertising. This gives opportunity to discuss current rates in the area and also considering increases in Property taxes and insurance etc.,

Allison and her team have been wonderful! We turned over 2 properties to them which had been previously managed by another company in the Charlotte region. The difference has been night and day!! The tenants are happier and collections have improved as a result. As an owner, I am happier and recently asked AM Realty to take on 57 more units in Charlotte
