They are very understanding and quick when it comes to needing repairs done. When I talk about understanding they have been very helpful when it comes to paying my rent late due to a financial hardship

Great communication from the team in most instances and very attentive to issues since moving in. The townhome was supposed to be professionally cleaned prior to move-in but it did not look like that had happened. Floors were very dusty and areas along kitchen and bathroom did not look like they had “professional” cleaning. No instructions regarding mailbox # or other little details of this nature but overall easy to navigate these issues or expedient communication achieved with the office. Johanna is super helpful!
