I have really loved AM REALTY! mostly because you all are very quick with service calls, answer my questions super fast and my rent price has stayed decent.

AM has been very supportive from the beginning of leasing until now. A minor concern has been creating the past two service request and not having anyone respond to address the concerns. We do not want be charged for any items that have been left unattended.

I think better communication is needed when determining rental price before advertising. This gives opportunity to discuss current rates in the area and also considering increases in Property taxes and insurance etc.,
