I have used their management service for several years. I am very impressed with how the business is organized and how the staff is top-notch and deals with management issues in a professional and timely manner. I also like the fee structure, which does not charge fees for a new tenant, removing the advantage/disadvantage of seeking new tenants. The repairmen used by the company are very competitively priced, and do excellent work--this removes a major burden to the owner. In sum, it would be hard to find a better management company for rentals.
