Allison and her team have been wonderful! We turned over 2 properties to them which had been previously managed by another company in the Charlotte region. The difference has been night and day!! The tenants are happier and collections have improved as a result. As an owner, I am happier and recently asked AM Realty to take on 57 more units in Charlotte

First window repair vendors were pleasant, professional, and left the area they worked in spotless. Had the pleasure of meeting the second set of repair gentleman who came to measure a second window, and they also exhibited the same high standard of courtesy and professionalism. We are very appreciative of and pleased with the fact that AM Realty has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we’ve encountered were met with swift response and resolutions.

They are always quick to respond to any request or situation. Everyone I've every dealt with was friendly and professional. Moving during COVID was different but it never got in the way of getting in the house to see it or getting documents signs. Although I've never met anyone personally I always felt very taken care of. Their focus is on the tenants as well as the landlord.

AM Realty is agreat company. They find responsible renters for my property and keep me abreast of any issues that may come up. Their accounting system is a breeze and the customer service is quick, kind and HUMAN. What more could you want?

I have lived in one of AM Realties for just over 3 yrs. Of course at times maintenance issues come up, but I've never had a company that gets out there and takes care of them so quickly always in the same day but not very many.
