I like the location for convenience. I believe it could use a bit of in staff presence more and the maintenance crew can repair faster but over all I love it.

Overall, I would rate my recent maintenance job as Excellent based on the successful completion of the task within the designated timeframe, including addressing the and identifying the issue with prompt repairs. He was able to resolve the issues with the oven door without any further disruption to me…Thank you…

I love the townhome

The process from applying to moving in has been super easy. I worked mainly with Karla and she has been kind, helpful, very responsive and simply a pleasure to work with.

It's a quiet place to live, the apartments are nice. The manger has a good personality, that part l like a lot.

I love the working with the staff and management team!
