Ms. Teresa was very nice and saw the mistakes with billing and rectifying the problem. The maintenance man was professional told me the problem and filled request for new dishwasher because part was defective haven’t received new dishwasher as of yet or status of order and replacement

The staff is great, each of you have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. But, getting things fixed for the long term hasn’t been top priority for the company. We have experienced problems with our HVAC system and it always gets a bandaid instead of fixed.
