I have been in the same apartment for almost 6 years and the improvements they have made on a consistent basis are exceptional! Office staff is easy to reach and friendly if you have a concern, Easy renewal process and good communication. I would recommend an AM Realty property!

Every time, I need something with maintenance, they are on top of it. Now management. Have a hard time with communication. But over all. I have been very pleased and happy with my place.

There have been several times when I have wanted to talk to the homeowner directly and as I understand it, that’s not allowed. Also, when we were offered the shrubs from another neighbors house that were being replaced, and I asked for the homeowners opinion, I never received any answer, and had to let them go. But most of the time I feel like we’re getting very good service.

It works now, but it doesn’t dry the dishes on heat or air dry
