Alison has been great for us over the past many years! The only thing I've noticed is a couple of times in the past where significant expenses were incurred without our foreknowledge or notification. I've provided this feedback in the past.

The website is great and easy to use. I am pleased with the semi-annual review of the HVAC in the spring and fall. The only thing I have found dissatisfying is that there have been delays on some maintenance requests.

Allison is very responsive and professional. Her company's charges are competitive compared to the previous few management companies I worked with and for me, this was a deciding factor. In addition, I feel that my properties are in good hands.

I enjoy living here but there are some worries. Parking is limited I think there should be fine for those that don't live here & take up spaces. A sticker should be given tenants that pay rent & visitors should park at far end of parking lot marked visitor. Sign should be posted & tow should enforced . Due to the excessive rain the parking lot floods. Trash is crazy sometimes tenants are not putting trash in dumpster.

Management company is very tentative the lawns are kept very well

Overall everyone in the office is friendly and extremely helpful. There are times I do feel communication is lacking but that’s also on my part as well

It was so nice to finally be able to open my front door when it rained. The gutters were so full, the water was pouring off them, ruining 3 door mats, and making it impossible to open the front door. Thank you for such a prompt resolution to this years old problem.

You have great people working for your company. They are an asset to the company.
