I just want to take this time out and let everyone know that Teresa , Jess and property owner Allison Regets are amazing again thank you guys so much for being so patient with me I highly recommend renting from AM Realty never had any serious issues or problems throughout the time I’ve been with them and if I did they make sure everything is fixed as soon as soon as possible thank you guys so much you guys are truly amazing (:!!!!

Unit needs updates such as screens on all windows, screen for patio door and some windows are either difficult to open or part of the window does not stay on the track and falls out when the window is open.

Very pleasant to work with and always timely on responses and support.

This is the best management company I have encountered. They are interactive, smart, and proactive. They are very responsive to owners as well as tenants, which makes the whole process pleasant. They have excellent repair people that quickly address repairs. They are also excellent in screening potential tenants. In short, they are outstanding and I highly recommend their services.
