Brandi really helped the process go as smoothly as possible. She makes herself extremely available for her tenants I’ve realized which is awesome. I really appreciate her and am realty for the apartment.

Brandi is amazing, very helpful and friendly. This is my first appartment. I'm a single mom, so price and location played a big part for me. Brandi started as the property manager during my stay and I had alot of off the wall questions but she always stayed kind and was very informative. Anytime I needed anything fix I don't have to wait long. Which I like..its easy to pay my rent online and anytime I had a question about why the price is what it is..she took her time to explain. I still dont like that we have to pay for pest control..i do feel like that should be optional, because it actually brings more bugs and the guys only spray behind the stove and at the front door, but thats really my only complaint.If your just starting out renting this is definitely a great place to start. My son and I had no problems making it a home.

AM Realty literally saved our properties. The previous well know property management group was running our property into the ground with poor tenant retention/caring and lack of proper oversight of the maintenance of the buildings. Allison and her team swiftly corrected all the issues and now have our properties stabilized with great renter retention and satisfaction. The buildings are being maintained and always look amazing. This also has shown a significant improvement in our NOI which in this environment is critical.

My only concern is that the towing company is targeting my car because last night October 17 ,2024 the tow truck stopped in front of my house and car the driver saw me and went to the same parking lot down a little came back in front of my house and stopped again with another black truck with someone inside talking on the phone and then they left. My car tags are up to date there is no reason for them to keep bothering me.thanks for understanding
