The staff was incredibly friendly, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer my questions and made sure I felt informed and confident in my decision.I was very impressed with the dealership's new facility. It's clear a lot of thought went into making the space feel modern, open, and welcoming. However, a significant issue I encountered was the lack of adequate window coverings or tinting in the sales offices. While I was with my salesperson, the direct sun exposure made the office uncomfortably hot and bright, which was a distracting and unpleasant part of an otherwise great experience. Addressing this with some form of shade would make the space much more comfortable.
