I have critical maintenance issues that exceed 18 months old. The current job was not complete. We have plumbing leaks, egress issues, ceiling failures secondary to leaks, front door fitment issues, and many more failures. Rent goes up while service steadily declines. The online submission of maintenance issues results in the same poor responsiveness as submitting requests to the office directly. There is a sense of learned helplessness that is associated with maintenance requests- our bathroom Door was removed 36 months ago and we still await a replacement. Our list of requests is only exceeded by the systematic increase of rent. Would love to have a system that us as responsive as my submission of monthly rent payments.

This unit that I am in has been messed up since last year. The last residents were complaining about the same thing. The air doesn't work and its hot in here with me and my kids. Some of the lights don't work, water barely coming out any of the faucets, and the sink keeps clogging up. It's just a lot and i don't want to live here anymore, haven't even been here for a full week and i'm ready to go.

It takes months, multiple contractors, multiple service requests, and being stern with management in order for anything to get done.
