When something goes wrong stop patching the problem up I have had a issue with my heat/ air unit for the last 3 years

It takes months, multiple contractors, multiple service requests, and being stern with management in order for anything to get done.

For the last several years when the heat is turned on i have to put my heat on 78 or above to feel comfortable. I have asked to have it fixed i was told I need a compressors by one of the men with your company that service the heat/air

Too much hassle trying to get maintenance done in this place. There were service request I made about a year and half ago when I moved in..They have not been addressed. It’s too overwhelming. Omotayo.
