Our maintenance staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The office staff has not been effective when attempting to solve issues. The noise from barking dogs in the dog park by a handful of animals was over the top. Multiple occurrences of dog poop left on sidewalks and in the stone areas have not been resolved for 2 years. Most offten the response from the office staff was “I know”. If you know there is dog poop on the sidewalk, why hasn’t it been taken care of?The noise from neighbors in the apartment directly upstairs is not tolerable. I could hear them get up in the middle of the night, roll a wheelchair or walker back and forth any time of day or night, and heavy steps with shoes. I could even hear them snore during the night and pee in the bathroom. This was not tolerable as it occurred day and night.Finally, there is a resident couple who treat the bistro and club house as their personal space. They make coffee, take drinks from the refrigerator that are meant for all residents, cook and bake, charge their phones and electronic devices, and watch tv all day long in this public space. They even interrupt resident led events such as bingo with their excessive use of the public areas. When watching tv, they remove their shoes and put their feet up on the furniture. This should not be allowed. The space is for everyone, not a select few.

It's an interesting place to live. I feel safe and welcome even though I'm not real active because of disabilities. Being on the first floor gives me much more ability to enjoy where I am, especially when I can participate.

I am confined to a wheelchair and scooter.when I do go out, it would be nice to have a door that I can automatically open

I love it here. I do have a few recommendations that I will mention at the town hall to make move ins smoother. Everyone here is great!

The staff is so friendly. Very helpful when we walk through the property the maintenance men said hello residence were out and they were very friendly. The property was very clean. It seemed like home when I looked at the apartment.

Our service requests were responded to promptly, tho several aspects are still pending completion. We think highly of the maintenance staff but do not understand the often long delays in completing a request.

I.love the community !However, due to health issues, I may have to move in with family. I would highly recommend this resort style living complex to everyone!
