The security is below standard. Main entrance is not securely locked after hours and on weekends. The side gate door by the mall boxes is constantly not working due to the lock not working. Guests and delivery people come in on the premises after hours walking around like they are lost and when tenants approach them to find out who they are visiting or if they’re dropping off a package most of the time they don’t have a name or telephone number to contact: which means they didn’t get authorization to enter the premises. Already, there have been many situations where someone was on the premises and after investigation, wasn’t supposed to be on the premises (it happens during business and after hours).

Still not understanding the rent payment process. Called 2 people and no one called me back. Took weeks to get former tenent to change her mailing address. I was constantly worried I was not getting mine properly.

I love living here at Amberlin Arrowhead, and my annual resigning every year is a leading indicator of that.There are literally only two issues keeping me from giving 5 Stars and an Excellent review for everything here across the board. And those are: 1) I wish the Valet Trash Pick-up was optional and not mandatory. To save $25 a month, I can take out my own trash. 2) Someone in the apartment above me is very loud on the floor. I have not raised this as an issue with the office because I assume it is unavoidable and their may well be very little that can be done about it. I understand this is a retirement community and they may well be handicapped, needing something like a wheelchair, a walker or a rollator to get around.I will probably have come have a conversation with Erica, but I doubt there is much that will, or can, change.Curt

Dog park has been an issue for a very long time. We are not able to use 50% of the time because of flooding and mud.. My son says the building looks ghetto from outside with all the repairs that haven't been painted. Why so long to paint?
