The ice maker was fixed, but the stovetop is not fixed.

I am moving to another apt in this same community, from 3103 to 3204.

Kerrie Hale is knowledgeable and helpful . But when she was done showing the apartment and other staff step in everything went wrong we moved in to mold carpet needing stretched then the staff called and said after we were moved in that we were in the wrong apartment but they gave us the keys took them awhile to fix the mold but did get done with is scary I already have bad lungs then they quoted me a price of 1900 then said sorry I quoted you the wrong price it 2300 something then my sister is suppose to be on lease never put on they never follow thur with anything as it is right now I owe 5200 this month I dont know what they think I ca n pay that much and why I owe that much I need call back from corporate

The drainage throughout the property needs to be fixed. The grass in various areas is always flooded, the dog park is always flooded. These issues make it difficult to enjoy the property without getting excessively messy.

We still have several maintenance issues that have not been resolved. We have a broken garbage disposal and three windows that won’t work. One of them fell out of the casing.

Went to my first Townhall meeting where I thought, and I assumed assuming you know what that can lead me to that everyone would have a fair chance to voice their opinion about the community property bring up better suggestions, but the talking the rudeness of the people at the meeting is totally unacceptable. I’ll never go to another one. You’re not allowed to hear anyone with the have to say it’s a shame. These people are supposed to be adults. I’m assuming that they’re not screened as such my opinion only maybe

The pool is still a disaster, it is filthy.!!

Sales staff is outstanding. The grounds and building are beautiful. Apt is perfect size for me and the amenities will definitely improve my quality of life.
