I would appreciate it alot 💯 to have an automatic opening door, maybe 2. This make it alot easier to get places in our community. I like the variety of activities that are offered but feel Amberlin could respond more to the needs of the resident that live here.

The building is around two years old. There have been some structural issues since we've been here. Intermittent internet, electricity out and the main water line outages. Seems like it's a little early since building for Sparrow to be having these type of issues.

Need more variety of events

Delivery trucks need a specific location away from car parking spaces. The side exit car gate should be both a exit and entrance. The main entrance on 59th Avenue at times is very dangerous.

My request re water issues was being addressed BEFORE I submitted it because I hadn't read my messages and emails. The Ambassadors who came to my door 3x deserve kudos for keeping me updated, as does the staff for their efforts.

So far, planning on staying. Love it here. Wish mail and parking were better for me.

Andres said he was going to return shortly after checking compressor on roof but never returned.It was still pretty hot in my apartment on Monday I had the temperature set at 71 and it was about 85° in the apt.Last night, it was a little bit better, but I left all the blinds closed all day.

Your managers are well qualified with every question I asked, they took their time answering all my questions, they even introduced me to other residents that were just walking around or by us. The grounds were immaculate, not something I have been getting in over 2 years,
