Location and plenty of outside amenities. Like the apartment design but would have liked to see handicap bars in the shower, tub and toilets

I’m so happy with Andres & TJ. They get the job done in a timely fashion.

Fourth floor bldg six needs vacuuming and elevators. Elevator has dog pee. Also outside doors of first floor towards garage side needs cleaning. Several visitors are parking alongside garages especially on Sundays. Community center needs a sofa venting machine. Maybe refrigerator could be stocked with pop and a cup to put money in to pay for its service. Thank you.

I'm a wheelchair user and the buildings doors are heavy and hard to maneuver, handicap door buttons to open the door for me would be niceI was hoping for more morning, early afternoon activities. Most activities are late afternoon.

I love my apartment the only thing that could be better is COX Cable. I have given up with the cable but the Wi Fi is great.

Haven’t met many neighbors yet

The security is below standard. Main entrance is not securely locked after hours and on weekends. The side gate door by the mall boxes is constantly not working due to the lock not working. Guests and delivery people come in on the premises after hours walking around like they are lost and when tenants approach them to find out who they are visiting or if they’re dropping off a package most of the time they don’t have a name or telephone number to contact: which means they didn’t get authorization to enter the premises. Already, there have been many situations where someone was on the premises and after investigation, wasn’t supposed to be on the premises (it happens during business and after hours).

I don’t think it fixed the problem. It’s still making noise that’s why I didn’t know that you guys already came and fixed it.

Maintenance man was thorough and quick.
