I went to the portal to submit my request for service. When I put it was an emergency you would think that it would direct you to another screen. One that states if this is a true emergency like no ac, water leak etc…. Please contact this number! I was waiting for a response but didn’t know they don’t check this portal until a work day. I think this needs to change.

I feel I have gotten the value for the rent I have paid after concessions. I just received a copy of the rent I will be charged if I renew my lease and am not certain staying here is worth that amount. I am evaluating other options.

The temperature didn’t change much. It’s still the same. I also put a work order a few times for one of the burners on our stovetop. It never resolved the problem. It’s still not working.

The front office personnel are great.

Really enjoy the people and staff here. Plus the activities keep you active if you want to participate.

I love living here! The entire staff is wonderful! The only thing I’d like to see changed is the cleanliness of the pool.

I like the apartment itself but I'm surprised how loud having someone above you makes it not as fun or enjoyable. I had actually had my own condo for a number of years and had people living above me and hardly ever heard them but here maybe because of the wooden floors I hear everything that's going on upstairs and it sounds like the person upstairs stomps everywhere they go plus seems to be constantly moving stuff around and dropping things on the wooden floor. I know it is something you really can't do anything about but I am just surprised on how uncomfortable it is to have to listen to somebody above your constantly so if I decide to be here in the future after my lease is up I would have to get a top floor apartment as I know this is something that you cannot really fix as maybe it's just that I happen to get someone who is very loud above me and what they do and how they move as other than that which is quite a big deal to me anyway. The apartments on either side of me I never hear it's just above me that's annoying. Like I said the apartment itself I enjoy just not how loud the wooden floors amplify everything.
