I put in a request for my washing machine and my ice maker. They fixed the washer after I went to office and told them the job said complete but nothing was done. So they came out later that day and fixed it but the ice maker has not been addressed!

In the almost 2 years that I’ve been here, Maintenance inside the facilities has gone downhill. While the carpeting is still getting vacuumed, which is nice, The elevators are disgusting. They need to be cleaned a lot more often.

Barking dogs were a real problem, sometimes waking me up in the middle of the night on my first 2 weeks here. Since Ive reported this issue to management, my nights have been peaceful. Great Job

The staff is very friendly and they do an excellent job planning the events and they do well at decorating. I have been happy here and plan to renew my lease. However, I am not happy with the TV RECEPTION. My TV was having times when the sound would go down or start blaring. Sometimes the screen would go blank and sometimes it would go off. My son tried to fix it and Zoe and TJ also tried but couldn’t. My son bought me a new TV and it wouldn’t even come on so he took it back and bought another one. It comes on but has the same problems as the old one. Other residents are having the same problems. I don’t like paying $75.00 a month for the frustration and my old TV was probably okay. I feel like Cox should do something to fix thisProblem. I don’t like to complain but there are a lot of people here who live alone like me and depend a lot on their TVs.
