Like the independent style and surrounding places to go. So far enjoyed some of the activities and the people are very nice to talk with.

My fridge still doesn’t work. It’s been out all week and still isn’t fixed.

What repairCorporate was coming

Kerrie was just wonderful when I first came to see the property. She was patient and friendly. I felt like she was truly interested in my needs and showed me properties that filled those needs. I love my one bedroom plus studio. Zoey is also so accommodating whenever I pop into her office to ask a question. They are a good team!

It should not be closed I had to enter a other one as nothing was accomplishedI am 84 and the night get to cold for me without heatI doubt you want to share I am trying to be honest and don’t want any trouble

The management at the apartment was amazing. They were so nice to me when my wife passed away. The apartment was great. I only moved because it is where my wife passed away.

Resolved problem. Difficulty was delay in completing. Request was urgent and easily resolved in a few minutes, but it took several days before maintenance came to unplug the toilet. I don’t know if problem was due to slowness in transmitting message or in maintenance’s response.

This is my first time living in a 55+ active apartment community. I moved from out of state so it was a huge transition so the one month of free rent was extremely helpful with the cost of moving and everything, especially around the holidays and also finding work in a new state. I enjoy the friendships that I have made here. It's quiet and peaceful for the most part. The staff is wonderful and all the events are you try to attend as many as possible and just enjoy connecting with neighbors and making some nice friendships and still treasuring my longtime friendships in Illinois.
