I would like a call before arriving because I have a dog

We have a dog park, thank you. It's IMPORTANT to keep it stocked with "poop" bags!!!As a newer resident, I was told that it would take some time to receive a trash can....have not received one yet. Maybe keep me updated on when i might get a trash can.Follow-up on stuff... regardless of what it is!!

I am new to the community and have leased a former model apartment. Therefore, the appliances and utilities are new. The service tech hooked up my washer as requested, and also turned on the hot water in one of the sinks as well as provided me with some maintenance coaching on other topics. He was knowledgeable, prepared, friendly and respectful. Thank you.

I love my apartment, and I love living here at Amberlin. The ladies in the office are the greatest and always friendly.

I am proud of Andres and TJ, that they take cRe of us. They make me feel that they care, so thanks.

This was regarding the fire pit, so I was not aware that it was actually repaired. I have not been out there in the evening to try it out.

When I decided on the apartment that I am currently in. I was told I would be on the side of the Main Street, but I wouldn’t hear anything. Well I’m hard of hearing. And I must say I hear everything coming from the outside. So needless to say I was very misinformed

I moved out November 17 still have not received my deposit money, have made several attempts to reach Zoi at Amberlin arrowhead she has not returned about 5 messages I have left. Very unprofessional on her part very disappointed.

Do not know what I really expected but too early to really say what I think over all about this community. Only thing i wish is that i had travelled here first to see the apartment and everything with it as being all the way in the back does seem like is a different experience then being on other side of first finger or out cropping of apartments as that makes it seem like your in a different apartment complex then those up front as all you see are ppl and their dogs back here. Would seem like your actually living in same apartment complex if you werent blocked from seeing everything and more part of that experience. I know that cant be changed just telling you how living in the back feels.

This brand new apartment had needed maintenance attention since my arrival three weeks earlier. The holidays interrupted the work, but is now back on track.Otherwise, every aspect of living in this new apartment complex has been excellent—-the staff, residents, upkeep of the outdoors and interior halls, the social events, the location.
