Since the moment I moved in, I’ve been constantly plagued by inconsiderate and noisy upstairs neighbors (two morbidly obese tenants which management decided should be in an upper level unit instead of the ground floor), resulting in ongoing serious problems.

The request has not been addressed yet. We are waiting for it to be done. There were two requests, neither yet addressed. I understand only one maintenance person is currently available to handle Amberlin Arrowhead maintenance requests.

I’ve had issues with the refrigerator, constantly running, and humming all the time maintenance man was up. Replace the part still have issues with it.

Overall, there are many things to like about Amberlin—the staff, most of all!I appreciate the elevators and the indoor maintenance.I would appreciate attention to the broken security door south of the mailboxes and the parking lot lighting being attended to.I feel badly for the people who have dogs when the dog park is flooded, but it also becomes a pest control problem for everyone when it goes on and on unattended.There is a lot to appreciate here.

I am so very happy with my apt and residents are very friendly. Have not got to know any of the staff very well.

As a new resident, it took a whike for me to figure out what to do. I had made a phone call on Fri but realized , on Mon, the request is to be submitted via digital web site.

Still open no follow up

It took over a month to make the repair and the maintenance manager was a terrible communicator. He promised follow dates and just didn't show up.

Was without my tv for week before it gotten care ofMy dryer issues got taken care ofI have requested an issue with my patio door thresh area needs to be taken of I have reported this but nothing has been doneI have also on 10-2 reported that the vents for the ac are dirty and were dirty when I moved inThis is a health issue and needs to be cleanedThe windows were very dirty as well they should have been part of the cleaning before I moved in as well as the ventsAldo I have reported 3 times now about the very loud walking and noise all hours of th early morning Am Sometimes very early it starts 3-am wakes me upThen in the late evening when I’m going to sleepI was not aware that there was going to be a problem with hearing this throughout the 24 hours of the day I should have been advised upon moving in about this Nothing was told to me upon the last complaint I have made I was told there would be a discussion with the tenant above me So far it’s not stoppedOther then that I like living here so far but very unhappy with the noise I’m experiencing above me it’s Monday 10-6 the tenants above me moving chairs or furniture around 5:30 am and lots of heavy walking very earlyI am not happy about this something needs to be done
