I have filled out this form to let you know my satisfaction with living here. It was my understanding from Alicia that I was signing up for a 2-year lease to take advantage of my rental amount remaining the same for that length of time. Is that still true?-

the exterior doors could be a problem for me because i am a very weak person due to muscleloss. wish the doors would slide open even if by manual.

I think allowing dogs of all sizes to be kept in apartments above the ground floor diminishes the complex as some of these animals are huge and could be seen as a potention source of inconveniece and danger to others as many of the seniors living here can easily knocked off our feet.

Amberlin is everything I wanted and then some. It is a true community, the residents are warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and supportive. Best decision I’ve made for myself. Love it at Amberlin 🥰

As long as my rent stays the same, I will be totally happy to stay here.I love the fourth floor and the balcony.The ladies in the front office are courteous and helpful

I’m very happy and feel safe!! I plan on staying here forever!! When I’m feeling better I will get involved!! My only complaint is parking spots , my car has been side swiped a few times and people are just not being able to leave a message!!
