Best living facility ever!

When started staying here amenities were good the upkeep with surrounding in keeping the apts and floors clean and carpets vacuum in hallways was always clean. Now elevators are not cleaned. The complex and things that made me decide to live here are going down. If I had known this I wouldn't signed another lease. Remember what it takes to get you here should get better not worse. A lot has changed for the worse. We need our coffee station back the new one bucks 😢 😢 😢

One of the best things of living here is the maintenance crew. I’ve never seen a true work as hard as these guys do they treat you like Family..

Folks seem to truly enjoy living here as I do. Thank you for all you do to make this place feel like home.

Management fails to follow through on enforcement of policies and procedures.No weight limit of dogs.

Mike is wonderful and staff works hard for our clubhouse events. I very much appreciate it. The residence are active and we have a lot of fun and fellowship. My apartment is just right, and I love my view of the courtyard.My only concern and I understand there’s always work to do around here our pets that leave stains on the carpet and the walls at the elevator are all beat up. It would be helpful to repaint that small area and baseboards since visitors see it, especially those looking to rent.

I only see the activities to lessen and residents complaints. Not enough on those who use walkers in getting seated and care including the use of walkers and ramps

My dryer was not drying my clothes and I think I reported it on Thursday and he came and checked it on Friday but couldn't fix it until Monday

Linh is a very efficient, hard working guy. He made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even swept the floor where sawdust had accumulated. He is a super star 🌟!
