Why is it so difficult to obtain a gate pass for family members to use when they visit? Most adult children have daytime jobs and they can only visit after 5:00 PM or Sunday when the gate is closed. It would be good if we had a way to open the gate by way of our telephone, or other remote control.

I am currently moving into my apartment and expect to be completely moved in by May 29. While it is too early to give a more comprehensive review of Amberlin, my wife and I are impressed with the apartment, facilities and certainly the staff who have been extremely helpful in our move process. We have briefly met some of the residents and like the friendliness of all we have met. We haven't lived in the apartment just yet, but I believe we will enjoy our new home at Amberlin.

Danny is a wonderful maintenance employee.We had drain problems in one sink but so he checked all of the restroom drains.He is an asset to the Amberin at the Station

Our stay here is good as we could have expected. It took some adjustment to change from our house of 61 years on an acre lot to a more confined space. However, our age made it necessary to leave our home and move to an apartment where others do the maintenance. That part especially has been excellent. Our apartment arrangement has been convenient for us; the grounds with pool and vegetation have helped with the transition. Mike Oliver has been very accommodating. My only concern would be the rental cost should it increase.

Air conditioning is still out. They thought it was fixed on Friday but it is still not working. We have had 85 degrees in apartment.

The Staff is always professional, responsive and friendly.
