The hallway a/c was not cooling but was still running. Now the a/c cycles and cools as it should.

The main issue that frustrated me were on the yard. It was a mud pit for 3 years. In the first year ghe Landscape Mgr. Said they would level te yard which never happened. I spent $400 of my own money in year 2 on sod after the yards were watered up thru December which ruined the yard. Finally in year 3 I decided going back to home ownership where I could put money into owning with a return was the better options. I asked for larger stepping stones in an effort to control the mud out the gate. The lead maintenance man told me 3 times over several months on dates it would be done only to see new residents receive the steps. The last promise was to be done by July 4th 2025 and was never kept. I came to realize when I found an affordable option I could own it was time to move.

We would like to leave our personal craft supplies in the craft room. We have a group of crafters that share our supplies.Gluten free options for the Wednesday night events.

We do not participate in most of the activities. One reason - David cannot hear in the crowded room.Second reason - we are still very involved in activities that we were participating in before we moved here.

This is a 55+ community, but when summer hits it becomes “kiddy daycare”. If grands want to do the childcare thing all summer, they should go to their homes, not invade our 55+ community!The new Sparrow Life rep could certainly be a little more refined. She is very nice & personable, but seems to relate more to the black residents, who segregate themselves in a corner, at community functions. She also uses terms like her “friend girls”, which I think is inappropriate for her position. I am certainly not racist/predjudiced, but regardless of ethnicity, I think the staff…..corporate & on site…. Should be a little more refined.

Lyn and Danny are thoroughly professional and super friendly just like the rest of the Amberlin staff! The common areas are kept very clean despite the large amount of foot traffic! The maintenance staff has performed in a most excellent fashion during our 1 1/2 years here.
