The service request was concerning adjacent to but not on Amberlin propertyInitial call not answered, a call back by personnel was made in timely manner.I notified city after many hrs-it was their issue and corrected promptlyRegret personnel gave no feedback back or took corrective action as issue would effect city services

Completed quickly!

We have a ground floor apartment with a small backyard. The ground under the grass has giant cracks in it. The sprinkler system has turned on one time since we’ve been in this apartment and at that time the sprinkler system ran very, very low. We have the grass is beginning to die the plants on the side of the building around the corner from our apartment. The plants are dying. The sprinkler system needs to be run more often. It needs to be run at least once a week for a longer period of time. The swimming pool needs maintenance repair. The grout is falling out of the tile and in some places the tile has algae on it. There are chips and the tile on the bay on the bottom of the swimming pool.

The parking situation is not good. Needs to be more handicap spots. Very difficult if one is not available.

Would like to be informed of a timeframe window for the maintenance, instead of an 8hr day, ie: 9:00-11:00 12:00-2:00 3:00-5:00.I know we give permission for tech to enter, but I certainly don’t want to be in the shower, and have someone enter.

The community becoming more friendly. I would like a little more room in my apartment but it is what I can afford. I like to see more activities planned and lead my management. I always love Mike. He makes me feel important. Thank you for all your kindness. Maybe you need a social planner. Sincerely Julia Hart

Change the codes on the doors. Too many people are getting in the coded doors.
