Two people arrived and took care of what we needed. Worked out just fine.

1. Mail and package delivery is pitiful - USPS mail room is open 24/7 allowing any packages delivered after office hours to be thrown in there … or outside any locked entrance. And I’ve been told several times to NOT MOVE THE PACKAGES INSIDE.2. After hours delivery has been allowed into the building simply by residents giving out the door code designated for fire/police/EMT. Keyfob accessible doors are mainly at entrances protecting Sparrow equipment.3. Staff (meaning manager) is caustic. Most frequently we only hear complaints from her.4. Maintenance staff is great … when you can get them. There are several of us with talents that can help other residents with technology issues the office staff delays or refuses to help.The real cohesive bond at Amberlin is the residents - we are a family looking out for each other. This is the major reason we are still here.

Love my new home and all the tenants here. Everyone is so helpful and happy.
