Please forgive my moving out situation. It’s in my best interest to be cared for by an assisted living place.

Just set the oven to 375 degrees. After a shorter time than before the service work the oven beeped that the oven was at temperature but my oven thermostat showed only 300 degrees.During the heating the smell of burning metal or dust filled the oven.I’m afraid either the oven thermostat is faulty or my thermostat is faulty.But the replaced heating element did turn red indicating it did heat up.

The maintenance team at Amberlin rock! We are very grateful for them!

Both the maintenance people wereexcellent they swept up after them selvesThey put in the dryer without any problems and they were here probably less than a half hour.

Didn't know exactly what to expect when we moved in but we have been welcomed so great by the staff and residents here. We are so grateful and happy to have moved here.

Danny and Lynn did a great job and quickly in making the necessary repairs.

As usual Danny and Lin were here put everything back in working order and cleaned up and leftI never have a problem with our maintenance department they are excellent never more than a day or two before they're there and fixing it

Service calls are always excellent. The staff is amazing.
