You have a great team of dedicated staff who work hard to keep up with the community and residents. I truly enjoyed living at the Amberlin Sachse, apartments and will recommend this place to friends and co-workers.

Over the last 3 1/2 years, the quality of service has decreased drastically. When I first moved in, we had cleaners every day on every floor now I see them once a month there’s projects that have been started for over a year and haven’t been completed.

I am so pleased with Amberlin. I feel safe, appreciated, and independent but not alone. THe staff is attentive, responsive, respectful and very kind.I think it would be tremendously helpful to have a handy man of sorts on staff or a least a visit of people that can help move something ,or hang draperies or put down a rug, change light bulbs.or maybe even an hourly rate that we could hire them to help us with various things. Like loading our cars with items for Good Will or putting a bookcase together or putting in a shower bar or a different shower head. Move things to storage. We could pay them directly. I also think a soda shop with snacksWould be wonderful.How about a Market Amberlin on line thatwould be for Amberlin folks only.
