The maintenance men are always prompt and even stay late when they’re supposed to get off work to complete the job. They do a great job around here.

Some rules are enforced randomly. Additionally, if an apartment unit has a problem that creates a monetary problem for the tenant, there should be some type of reimbursement. Tenants do not decide the size of a heating unit or if a thermostat is operating properly. But after several complaints, the tenant should be compensated for exorbitant charges.

Completed my request within minutes of submission. Amazing!!
