I enjoy the sense of community and all the activities the staff coordinates, they are so friendly. We have so many choices. We have had a lot of staff turnover, causing somethings to not be addressed in a timely manner. The road noise is concerning; I am hoping the window inspections are going to result in something to help. The number of residents moving out is concerning, but I am hopeful we have a stable office staff that can address resident needs, so they do not feel the need to move.

We are hoping that the new rent will reflect current pricing for the units of our size that are currently vacant that seem to be less than what we are paying today. We love Amberlin Georgetown. The items that we had mentioned recently which included some windows in our apartment that are letting in cold and hot outside air, along with the painting of the railing and the outside siding between our unit and the one above are being addressed. We know that the painting will occur and we are hoping that the audit of apartment window will lead to the replacement of our problem windows. Thank you very much for asking for customer feedback.

I’m on the fourth Manager. First Manager, Miranda, promised that I would get a new yard if I renewed my lease the first time. I have it in writing. The second Manager, Ashleigh, when I showed her my email promising a new yard, also told me she would submit the request to Corporate. When I would asked her, she would say she would check over and over. Nothing was done and no communication as to why was given. Before I could say anything to the third Manager, Patrick, he left. At this point, I was totally dissatisfied and decided not to renew, Promises are made to residents and when the Managers leave, the information is not forwarded to the next Manager. There is no continuity. I pay extra for a ground floor and have not been able to enjoy it. Gutters need to be installed so that when it rains, the lawn is not washed away and there is a muddy mess.

I like my apartment. I like the brightness of all the windows, but my windows leak terribly. Especially when the winds from the north. I know you’ve been working on many of the issues like the leaky roof and the black mold. There were definitely some issues with the builders. I would love to see the carpets in the hallway cleaned. I don’t think they’ve ever been done. The stairwells in buildings four and five never get cleaned and the windows are very dirty. I play cards four times a week in the game room as well as work on the puzzles. It’s very irritating that the AC and heat have not been fixed yet. Ceiling fans in that area would help. There used to be a couple tower fans in there, but they disappeared. The constant changing of management, maintenance and cleaning staff is also irritating. The AC in the hallways is not regulated. It’s cold in one hallway and hot in the next. I really like the location we’re in. Everything I need is within a 5 mile radius, so I really hate the thought of moving. That will probably depend on whether you raise my rent. Alexis is trying.

I had the pleasure if meeting both Angelica & Alexis when I toured the community and they were amazing! Both were extremely kind, helpful, patient, and took all the time needed to address all my questions/concerns. I have already decided to make this community my future home, and I am so very excited!

I had hoped that by making the request several days in advance of the Friday garden maintenance team's arrival, the dead portion of the foxtail ferns and ornamental glasses would be trimmed, but they were NOT!
