Everything is perfectly done

They left a note on my door that they had been inside. Yes! I love that! They never did it before.

Moved to be close to family. We leased a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment, bright & roomy. We are enjoying the activities & amenities.We just renewed our lease for a third year.

i’m waiting for the next high wind to assess if the fix works but feel confident it is the best that can be done. i hope the windows will be replaced soon but i also know corporations don’t work fast.

My personal opinion, security is still an issue. Workers in the building when office is closed Visitors not being watched by the office at an event. They need a visitor tag to wear and not allowed to roam building without management Camera that was at elevator two has been gone for sometime. If batteries aren’t kept up, then it’s a waste of effort. Movers still leave doors wide open. I feel set up in kitchen is way too crowded during an event & facility has never been full. Pool was not what I was told, before it opened. Snakes and mice became a huge expense and safety issue for tenants.

Just like the sense of belonging esp. by some of the front office staff. They have really helped me at times.

The courtyard landscaping needs work

It’s taken a long time to get a really good staff. Very rough beginning. Feel valued by the staff; not so much by Sparrow.
