Erika Bazan was so helpful in showing me a variety of apartment, that I was able to better decide the best design and arrangement for me.

I can’t tell you much about this maintenance request because I left at 8 am and returned at 12:30 pm. If they came for maintenance, I have no idea.,Whenever anything is s done in this apartment there should be some type of notice left inside the apartment or on the front door. Last week we had a fire extinguisher check and I don’t know if they came or not.So that’s why this rating is poor because there’s nothing indicating if Pest Control came.Kathleen Chatmon #6307

I feel like apartment rates are to high

The dishwasher does not turn on. I think they were focused on the leak under the sink and determined it was not caused by dishwasher so they found the reason for the leak and did not check on the dishwasher.

First maintenance report "medium" didn't have any response. Second request "emergency" the maintenance person came right away and took care of the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We are very happy with our new home and the staff are excellent.Couldn’t be happier.!

Quick and efficient solution

My overall move-in experience has been very positive. I feel like I am already a vital part of the community.

I like the tents that I met on my tour and the person that gave the tour answers most of my questions.they have a schedule of activity that you could participate in if you chose to, and its in a gated community. Mary S.
