I like Amberlin very much. The staff is excellent and the facility is more than acceptable, although it looks very inexpensive ("cheap" decor in the halls, etc.). Problems with noise through the floors is significant and caused me to pay additional rent and other moving costs to move to the top floor. I am also somewhat concerned with the turnover of management staff (3 sales staff leaders, 3 assistant managers and 4 managers in one year!). If anything, it's the staff that keep me here as opposed to moving to a more upscale facility.

My main complaint is that I cannot make appointments with maintenance. If I turn in a work order, then every time I leave my apartment I have to crate my dog, which I absolutely hate to do. If I could at least know a day with a generalized morning or afternoon, it would make things so much easier. I could either make sure I was home, or only crate him within that time frame.

The last time I requested maintenance of building air on the fourth flood in building 6. We had cool air in the hallways for several weeks and itand then it reverted back to the situation on this Sunday. We have had cool air for two fays. I hope it is fixed. Thank you.
