Having great expectations for our move into the Amberlin after months of searching for the right fit, while the staff are amazing the residents have been less than kind. We are your youngest residents and at every turn we have been met with contempt, with remarks that we don't belong and also being treated like we are children constantly corrected on what we can not do, ie play with our grandchildren in the pool (on days specified by the property rules) in a manner that they did not like! We have had several unkind encounters which makes me very sad. We have met a handful of very very kind residents, however the unkindness we have encountered has outweighed those interactions! I feel like we are being penalized for being young! I'm tired of being questioned on if we belong or not, told not to park in empty parking spots because they have lived there longer and that's their usual spots! The list goes on.

Rent is too high for my 1/1 apt. I really need a storage/garage...#26 is soon to become open and would like it if didn't cost too much.Valet trash person refused to pick up my trash sacks he said due to ants.I would want a 2 year lease to keep my rent from.being raised.Since no one explained to me when I signed my lease that the 1st floor Aptsare charged for having a small yard/fence.I might be interested in moving up to another floor if it would be cheaper w/out the yard. Keep me posted if I could move to a cheaper apt and have a garage.Thank you,Michele Cooper#5106

I have found everyone to be very welcoming and friendly. I am very pleased with everything that the Amberlin represents. The leasing agents have all been supportive and always cheerfully offer their help when it is needed.
