I rated the staff low because it changes constantly and it is often difficult for me to find a person to help although Shelley has helped a lot. Four managers during my tenure here and I don't know how many leasing agents does not speak well of management. These apartments are priced well above what is available in the neighborhood and there are no bonuses for renewing a lease to offset the cost.

hose got hooked up to garden faucet but when you turn it on it shoots water up in your face and continues while in use. also shoots more water when you try to turn it off. This has been a ongoing issue for a long time

My biggest disappointment is with the poor organization on how packages are delivered. Especially on the weekend, holidays, or when the office is closed. There needs to be some signage placed on the gates and at the front door to help the delivery person have a clearer understanding of jhow the side door works and the fact that no deliveries can happen if they somehow get in through the gate.

I have lived in apartment that overlooks into the courtyard for which I pay a premium. Several years have gone by and I am still wondering why they have never replaced all the plantings that never survived the extreme Texas heat of summer and an occasional ice storm in winter. Looking out at dirt was not what initially motivated me to move to Amberlin. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
