Floor leak appears to be fixed. Peter & Tyler are excellent.

I have made some friends here, although some of those have moved. My biggest issues here are the water and parking fees, and most importantly the rodents that got into my car engine and caused an expensive repair. Being next to open fields I realize snakes and rodents can be a problem, but when it starts costing me money that elevates the issue. I do like the property and everyone is nice here, especially the staff.

We really like Amberlin, but the affordability will determine whether we are able to stay.

Last time I renewed my lease my rent was increased. Many of the people that moved in the same time I did did not have an increase in rent. Also, several received one month free rent when they renewed their lease. This was very unfair and I felt I got cheated.I have been very unhappy with the management that we have had up to this point. So far I’m very pleased with Patrick.The first two years I lived here the complex was not clean. It’s only been since Terry has been hired that we have seen a great improvement in the cleanliness of the facility.I think the outside grounds need a lot of work. Shrubs are put in and allowed to die, trees need to be trimmed, and it would be nice if we had black rock instead of mulch.I do plan on renewing my lease as long as my rent does not increase again this year. It would also be nice if I received one month free rent like so many other residence have received in the past.I’m looking forward to many of the changes that are going to be happening with the new management.Cynthia Ingram
