Exercise classes, Brain Games and Bingo are my favorite amenities.i do not do well with large group activities because of the acoustics in the club house. Events that are food based do not appeal at 4 in the afternoon. I do not much enjoy. Musical events partly because they are too loud. Parking is scarce.

Maintenance changed my AC filter 2 days after submitting the request. The head man & his assistant were fast & very cordial.

We have absolutely the best maintenance men. Tyler and Peter are always prompt, professional and genuinely happy and jovial. We love them.

The roof is leaking in my bedroom and to date it hasn’t been repaired. It is going to rain on Saturday and don’t know what will happen since the roof wasn’t repaired! Very concerned.

I fell and hit my head and could not get up. Called my daughter to come help me. When she got there because of the bolt on the door she could not get in. She called maintenance and they came and took about 25 minutes to get door open. My daughter was really upset when she came in and found me on floor and had been laying there for over 30 minutes. The only question is why put bolt on door that means no one can get in from outside unless they have to break door.
