Peter from maintenance has been really good. He has a lot to do trying to correct poor workmanship on the original build.

Maintenance man show me how to open and remove the ice maker container. I did not want to damage it.

I apologize I filled this out prior for my shower which is an ongoing situation. I realized this survey was for my faucet which was fixed immediately and I had forgotten all about it. Peter came immediately and fixed the faucet. I appreciate how quickly Peter and his team respond. Since my last message Peter has had the plumber come and it is not a plumbing problem. According to plumbers it appears the tile/grout was not sealed by builders. Still working on it.
