I had a request for pest control to come treat for gnats & the service tech was the best one they have sent. He was friendly & knowledgeable & not in a hurry to just get done quickly & get out like the techs usually are. He actually seemed interested in doing a good job.

Parts took a while but maintenance provided both a cooler & a small heater that eased the temperature issue. We had gone shopping & returned to find everything had been completed. Very pleased. As usual.

Amberlin Pflugerville Management staff very disappointed with service especially accounting and customer service. Maintenance Team displayed the highest level of professionalism, exceptional skills, work ethics, dedication, commitment, and outstanding customer service ensuring my Unit 5415 was move in ready.What I’ve discovered in this community lot of racism towards African-Americans in this community from Senior tenants and nothing is being done about it. This is a very divided community, and the management only caters to certain people. The the complex is not a problem. It’s the people that still have that racism mentality, and it makes it very unpleasant to live here.

Just moved in about a month ago and I have been very impressed with maintenance personnel. They are very punctual and friendly and competent.

Although they are stretched with a myriad of requests covering 6 buildings, our maintenance men, Rashad and Will are constantly doing whatever they can to help all the residents in a timely manner. They are friendly, try to address all our concerns however complicated, and will return if time doesn’t allow time that day. They treat us like we’re family and they are amazing how they treat all residents with respect and concern to rectify our issues.
