I’m very impressed by the involvement of the staff in the activities. Also impressed by the speed that registers, i have made, have been dealt with.

My request was regarding the OUTSIDE lights at the western exterior entrance (between bldgs 3 and 5) and at stairwell 3. The lights were on on Tuesday evening (July 28), but they were off again Wednesday evening (July 29). All the other exterior doors are very well lit at night, but the lights at these two doors have been off at night (except Tuesday, apparently) for over a week. It's dark out there! Turn on the lights! :-)

Maintenance man brought Allen hex wrench, I unjammed the disposal. All went perfect.

We already renewed our lease with Stephanie earlier this month and signed that we wanted to renew our lease.

Stephanie, Nick and Patrick have been the best staff in the almost 3 years we have been here and I would very much hate them leaving. The only disappointment is the quality of apartment material/appliances. They’re constantly having to replace or fix things.

We haven’t been here long enough yet to offer much insight. We’re excited about the possibilities the future holds for us here.

Do not understand the many changes in Managent. They seem to do a reasonable job with many resident complaints which are not addressed or completed. Which I'm sure because of Corporate not because of management. Not happy with that aspect
