My maintenance request has not been fulfilled. It’s it is the same request. I have been making for months. I keep getting told we are working on it, but nothing happens. My request is for moving the gate on my patio to the side where I can step down more easily Where it is now is a very dangerous step down of several feet and I cannot use it to get to the parking area. It is too dangerous. No other apartment on the first floor has a step down like this corner one most of them open to a grassy area. If you move by gate to the side, I will step down to a grassy area and a path to the sidewalk.. you have been replacing railings all over the area for safety and I would appreciate being safe

The problem we had is they came at 9am Looked what to do then left. Patrick had to call them back after 4. Somehow the job was forgotten about but they came back that day to complete it

The initial building construction quality inside my apartment is poor. The staff inherits many extra problems due to that fact. But they really work hard to fix things and keep our surroundings pleasant. Please get email notices of changes or social opportunities to us BEORE the date it is happening, and not only the day of, so we can plan. Also make the typing darker so your good efforts can more easily read. Thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about Rashad and his successful efforts to get my AC working. He was focused and diligent and displayed a determination that I find admirable.

Every time I submit a service request it is attended to very quickly. I think the service people do a very good job and I very appreciate much appreciate their efforts.

Remind residents periodically about any and all input they may have. Send out reminders and post if needed to remind folks about doing their own part - for example. Make sure the doors shut completely and not so loudly (with the wind sometimes). Sometimes the doors remain open and it is a safety/security hazard. This is just one suggestion. So many other examples are simply comon sense. It's ok to remind us all about things like this from time to time. Safety/Security!!!
