This has been a wonderful place to live for almost every reason. The rent is at the high end for just under700 square feet, this may keep me from signing on for another year..

Some of the lease rules/guidelines are not followed especially outside starts to look trashy. A feeding trough for a planter- really! We have community gardens. Hallway decor has gotten out of hand w wall hangings and furniture. Smoking not enforced.

Once here and all paperwork signed staff did nothing to check with me to see if there were any issues or questions.

I do not think that a doctor should have to fill out papers in order to get shower bars when I go to see my doctor, I want to talk to them about my health not to ask him to fill out papers filling out a prescription for for them. Should be enough thank you for this consideration.

Happy with everything except security gates and doors.Not working too many times.
