It has been a blessing finding a home at Amberlin Pflugerville! I have a plan, and finding a home here has taken away a lot of weight! Beautiful views, residents are engaging and generally happy folks! A lot of rabbits and dog lovers! A great place to live!

I feel safe and comfortable . Everything is well maintained and lovely. The other residents seem happy and friendly

I appreciate the notices of upcoming events and activities that you provide. I also like the exercise equipment and walking trails that are available.The optional social events provide an opportunity to break the monotony inherent with aging.

The maintenance crew here is outstanding. Always knowledgeable and prompt. They are kind and easy to speak to.

I am on my 3rd washer & this time the control board was replaced. I did my 1sr wash today & there were issues yet again! Washer completed the final spin & instead of completing the cycle it went back to rinse & filled again! Had to do a manual spin & drain to get the small, delicate wash to complete. Total 1 hr, 40 min! Issue is not the maintenance staff - it is the quality of the washing machine. Sadly the maintenance staff has to spend too much time trying to fix junky equipment!

I love my new home. My only regret is not moving to the 4th floor. Currently on 2nd floor and my neighbor above is extremely noisy and not considerate to his neighbor below. At the end of my lease, I’ll check to see if a 4th floor apartment is available. I would very much like to stay at Amberlin for years.
