Maintenance has always been on time and very professional.

Our maintenance guys are as good as they come. They’re always prompt and always do an excellent job fixing whatever needs attention.

Service requested was done very quickly. Will handled the maintenance job with skill and politeness as usual.

As of last night - the heater in the stairwell was still blasting hot air. Been going on for days and it’s not cold outside.

This maintenance request was 1st bought to the attention of management in Oct. 2024. At that time I was in Apt. 4208. I'm now in 4204. In my time living at Amberlin, Pflugerville I've seen management turnover 4 times. I believe this is the problem and the reason nothing has been done. The request is in regard to the neglected condition of the pool table. The last manager, (Patrick) told us, (Us being the Pro and Semi-pro players who live here) he had included $1,500 in the new fiscal budget beginning Jan. 1, 2026. Of course, he is no longer with the Company and I don't believe any of that information was past on to the new management team. So, once again we find ourselves starting over. It does get a bit frustrating. The pool table is now to the point that it is no longer fun to play on. A few of us took it apon ourselves to relevel the table several months ago using playing cards as shims, but it needs to be done again along with replacing the felt, the pockets and probably the rails. Lifting a 750 pound pool table is probably not something men in their 60's and 70's should be doing. We had given all the nessasary information to Patrick about options for repair in regard to materials and labor cost he could reasonably expect to pay. Again, I doubt any of that information was past on. We would gladly resupply that information if needed. Thank you.

I understand that Texas doesn’t have many ice storms. But a place of business needs to have back up plans dealing with sidewalks. Outside the doors it is your legal responsibility if some one gets hurt not Medicare

These guys are awesome- the best staff I have encountered her!

The staff is quick and they always clean up. They are a pleasure to be around and are quick to answer any questions that you have. Best maintenance guys I've ever dealt with. Please do whatever it takes to keep these guys on staff!
