The problem we had is they came at 9amLooked what to do then left. Patrick had to call them back after 4. Somehow the job was forgotten about but they came back that day to complete it

Our Maintenance Team are remarkable! They show up as soon as they can, are pleasant, friendly and professional. They fix the issue and tell you what was wrong and to let them know if the problem returns. We are happy we are so lucky to have them here.

I waited to complete this until the pest control tech actually showed up & did the work. This survey arrived 3 1/2 hrs before the tech came which didn’t make sense. The tech was very nice & agreeable - I just hope he used enough product in the right places to kill any lingering/hidden roaches! Product was used very sparingly.

The initial building construction quality inside my apartment is poor. The staff inherits many extra problems due to that fact. But they really work hard to fix things and keep our surroundings pleasant.Please get email notices of changes or social opportunities to us BEORE the date it is happening, and not only the day of, so we can plan. Also make the typing darker so your good efforts can more easily read. Thanks.
