Amberlin Pflugerville Management staff very disappointed with service especially accounting and customer service. Maintenance Team displayed the highest level of professionalism, exceptional skills, work ethics, dedication, commitment, and outstanding customer service ensuring my Unit 5415 was move in ready.What I’ve discovered in this community lot of racism towards African-Americans in this community from Senior tenants and nothing is being done about it. This is a very divided community, and the management only caters to certain people. The the complex is not a problem. It’s the people that still have that racism mentality, and it makes it very unpleasant to live here.

Just moved in about a month ago and I have been very impressed with maintenance personnel. They are very punctual and friendly and competent.

Although they are stretched with a myriad of requests covering 6 buildings, our maintenance men, Rashad and Will are constantly doing whatever they can to help all the residents in a timely manner. They are friendly, try to address all our concerns however complicated, and will return if time doesn’t allow time that day. They treat us like we’re family and they are amazing how they treat all residents with respect and concern to rectify our issues.

This maintenance request was 1st bought to the attention of management in Oct. 2024. At that time I was in Apt. 4208. I'm now in 4204. In my time living at Amberlin, Pflugerville I've seen management turnover 4 times. I believe this is the problem and the reason nothing has been done. The request is in regard to the neglected condition of the pool table. The last manager, (Patrick) told us, (Us being the Pro and Semi-pro players who live here) he had included $1,500 in the new fiscal budget beginning Jan. 1, 2026. Of course, he is no longer with the Company and I don't believe any of that information was past on to the new management team. So, once again we find ourselves starting over. It does get a bit frustrating. The pool table is now to the point that it is no longer fun to play on. A few of us took it apon ourselves to relevel the table several months ago using playing cards as shims, but it needs to be done again along with replacing the felt, the pockets and probably the rails. Lifting a 750 pound pool table is probably not something men in their 60's and 70's should be doing. We had given all the nessasary information to Patrick about options for repair in regard to materials and labor cost he could reasonably expect to pay. Again, I doubt any of that information was past on. We would gladly resupply that information if needed. Thank you.
