This facility needs better security. Gates are left open and doors are often left unlocked overnight. I’m not sure if cameras are in working order.

I’m very happy here. I had previously resided at Jovie Pflugerville & had a decent experience at first but after having been through a flood caused by an improperly installed refrigerator in the apartment above as well as numerous plumbing problems, I was very disappointed with the whole experience but Amberlin has been a very good experience overall. I want to commend Patrick, who is no longer employed here, and Nick who remains & is a true treasure in this community for making it such a good place to live.

The maintenance men here (Roshan and ____) are very competent. Plus, they make me feel very calm when they come in my apt.

It’s difficult for my friends and family to visit on Sundays and after hours because of the closure of the lobby. I suggest hiring a security guard to be seated on a chair with a desk to allow visitors in. I had back surgery and visitors were turned away because they came on a Sunday and used the Lobby to enter. I could not walk that far or to the first floor to let them in. Please get someone to perform this function.Thank you
