Your staff meet the residents needs and desires in a gracious way every day. They are the best. The housekeeper is an extremely hard worker and very caring, however, she is only one person and the job warrants at least one additional full time employee. She just never gets to cleaning some things because of priorities. Please give her some help. The maintenance team always responds promptly and do a good job.

I use this particular entry door 3-4 times daily and I will assure you that when it does not latch I will inform you. I consider this a safety issue.
