With my washing machine going out the morning before Thanksgiving, I did not expect service for several days. However, maintenance pro Will came out that afternoon. He identified the appliance issue and had my laundry room back up and running in less than 15 minutes! He was great and very polite!

Maintenance did the tests for leakage and took photos I was told that asst property mgr would email me the link to Concervice and the photos to use to fight the over charges but I have not received photos or email yet.

No complaint. They had to order some parts to complete the work.

The maintenance dept here is outstanding.They always on top of everything and do it professionally and friendly.

I will be re-newing my lease, just wish some of the people who live here were a little more friendly. Staff is wonderful, all very nice people. Always willing to help and answer any questions I might have. Like living here very much.

My decision to make Amberlin home has disappointed. I love my apartment and feel safe and secure. I need to take the opportunity to use and enjoy the amenities and activities.The one thing that cause me concern is the issue with pet owners not picking up after their pets. I appreciate the number of times the management has addressed the issue. It’s disappointing that residents do follow.I’m eager to see what lease renewal terms are offered.

Hoping rent does not increase again .Some people got 2 years with no increase. May consider buying condo if rent goes up again.I would like to have ice tea at social .i do not drink alcohol or soft drinks and only water is available. Apt .flooring is peeling in spots and silver appliances are also showing rust spots.

Tech is always personable, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get the job done.

A community bus on a schedule for Amberlin residents and share among the properties with a scheduled time for weekly outings has been requested since I moved in. This will be a very nice amenity and would help several of us here.
