The move in went not smoothly. Everything was functional except the cable. The response to the problem was fixed the next day. The shower had a cracked plastic strip, which was replaced the next day. The residents are very friendly. There are numerous social events weekly.

Brooke has been a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the team, Gail & Tegan. Brooke spent more than her fair share of time with us and was much appreciated.

Nothing here is as it was proported to be.

Was fixed but was told the noise was still happening. So fingers crossed

The noise I our apt from opening and closing exit doors is extremely aggravating. It has nothing to do with slamming, it’s just bad doors. I think the staff talks down to renters. I was called into the principals office early on because of one dog complaint and that really soured me. Just from someone walking by with there dog. My dog had never left her fenced area. She did bark.

The front end personnel got the use of my free rental mixed up and charged my second month when I haven't used my first free month.

Maintenence guys are great! They are there when you need help or fix something. Knowledge, courteous, just outstanding.

John is always friendly and gets what I needed fixing done

After a one hour commute (carpooling with the other resident in my apartment), we look forward to coming home every workday. The expression “Home Sweet Home” rings true for both of us. We try to take part in most events when we are not working or on the road!
