Never have any complaints with our maintenance staff (John and Radek) they are exceptional and do an amazing job regardless of the task!

It would be helpful to have some sun sails over grill patio area. Also over a section of the pool. It would make those areas usable for longer periods of time. I can’t do the aquatic exercise class because I can’t be in the direct sun for that long, need some shade.I’m trying to use the exercise equipment but two of the machines haven’t been working properly for over a year.The front door doesn’t lock properly at night, if someone goes out the door it usually doesn’t shut all the way and therefore it doesn’t lock. It gets checked numerous times when people are downstairs at night. Most times it is not locked.

John always provides good service also very professional .

I love my new apartment; staff has been great; residents are nice and friendly. My only concern has been the noise level of the air conditioning unit - the noise level is very high to the point of drowning out the TV when it's on. Have to close my bedroom door at night to keep the noise level down.

Only concern is the method to request service.Worse rent cafe version ever had. Often drop downs only and not choices needed plus wont allow for input. No time slots given etc etc very poor method. Had rent cafe in another state and maintenance was more effective and user friendly.

I am very satisfied with making this home. I have never lived anywhere that makes every effort to make this feel like it’s your home.

The scheduled pest control never showed up. John, our maintenance gentleman came up and sprayed all exposed areas.John is absolutely the BEST
